Ordering and Returns

For queries regarding your order please send us an email to johnny@johnnybriggsonline.co.uk or call 01799 523323 Monday to Saturday 10am – 5pm.
- Find the products you like, select your size then click on the “Add to Basket” button beneath each item.
- Repeat the process for each item you would like to buy.
- Once you have finished shopping you can review the items in your shopping bag.
- Once you are happy with your selection proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to select a shipping option and enter your payment and personal details.
Orders can also be placed by phone Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm
Shipping
For orders under £100 postage to any UK address is £5
For orders over £100 postage to any UK address is FREE
Please contact us for shipping costs to Europe/Rest of the World and for next day delivery
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Please note first order requests can only be shipped to the cardholders billing address. Repeat customers can request an alternative delivery address when placing an order.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit and debit cards. Payment is only debited once orders are ready to be dispatched. At which point we will email you to inform you that your order is on it way. Please note we do not accept payment via bank transfers.
Security
All transaction details are encrypted to a secure server host. In the event of payment refusal we will contact you via phone or email.
Returns
Let us know that you wish to return something either by email johnny@johnnybriggsonline.co.uk or on the phone 01799 523323. This needs to be done within 7 days of receiving the item - don’t worry though it doesn’t have to be back with us until 14 days after you received the item, you know what the post can be like! We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt of the goods.
Goods are returned to Johnny at your own expense and risk. We recommend for peace of mind that you use a recorded delivery service.

You will be notified by email once your returned goods have been received by us and your refund has been processed.
Please note that items brought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.
Important information
Returned products must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size please return the item to us as above, filling in the relevant section on the returns form. We will ship your alternative size once we have received your returned merchandise. If the alternative size is unavailable we will inform you and credit your card. We do not exchange items for alternative styles. If you would like to order something different we suggest you return the item for a refund and reorder the new item separately.
